These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and services provided by Blackwire PCs, a trading name of HOT COMPUTERS LTD (Company No. 16971008) (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Agreement to terms
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Products and services
We provide:
Custom-built PCs
Prebuilt systems and deal drops
PC repairs and servicing
PC cleaning services
Peripherals (keyboards, mice and accessories)
Server and office PC systems
All products and services are subject to availability.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable (if VAT registered).
We accept payments via:
WooPayments
PayPal
- Stripe
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.
4. Order acceptance
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel any order
Cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues
Refuse service where fraud or misuse is suspected
If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
5. Commercial sales policy
All commercial goods are sold on a final sale basis.
No refunds will be issued for commercial goods
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitability before purchase
Returns are not accepted for change of mind
6. Custom builds and services
Custom PC builds and services (including repairs and cleaning) are:
Non-refundable once work has started
Non-returnable once parts are allocated or labour has commenced
7. Warranty
All custom-built systems include a 1-year labour warranty covering workmanship and build-related faults.
This does not include:
Hardware replacement costs
Manufacturer defects
Accidental or physical damage
Misuse or user modifications
Software-related issues not caused by build errors
All hardware components are additionally covered by their manufacturer warranty.
8. Returns
Returns are only accepted where required under manufacturer warranty or where goods are faulty on arrival.
All returns must be authorised before sending any items back.
9. Shipping and delivery
We deliver only within the United Kingdom using:
Evri
Royal Mail
DPD
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once goods are handed to the courier.
10. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential loss
Loss of income or profit
Data loss
Damage caused by misuse or improper installation after delivery
Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.
11. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate order and delivery information
Ensuring compatibility of purchased products
Backing up data before repairs or servicing
12. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including branding, logos, and materials, belongs to Blackwire PCs and HOT COMPUTERS LTD and may not be used without permission.
13. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
